How To Rent
One – Inquire
Write to us at and provide us with your arrival and departure dates and any questions you may have about the apartment.
Two – Availability
We will confirm availability or suggest alternate dates if the apartment is not available during your preferred week. We will ask you to send the full name, address and passport number of each guest along with your full address and telephone number.
Three – Contract
Upon receipt of the guest information, we will send you a contract via e-mail with full details and terms. Please print and sign the contract and return it by mail or fax.
Four – Payment
30% booking deposit to make the reservation fully effective. You may send a check or you may pay by VISA or MasterCard. Payments by credit card require a 2.75% convenience fee.
70% due 45 days prior to arrival.
If the contract is received less than 45 days prior to arrival, one payment shall be made for the full amount due.
Important: Your reservation will only be effective when we receive both the signed contract and the 30% booking deposit.
Five – Cancellations
If the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund 70% of the total rent amount.
If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 35% of the total rent amount.
There will be no right to any refund if the cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the arrival date.
The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Six – Confirmation
Upon receipt of both the signed contract and the booking deposit, we will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation. We will also send you an e-mail upon receipt of the balance of the rent.
Seven – Keys
We will arrange to give you the keys to the apartment approximately two weeks prior to your departure. If you live in metropolitan Detroit or Pittsburgh we can meet you in person. At that time we will collect a cash security deposit of $250 and answer any additional questions that you may have. We will also arrange to collect the keys and refund your security deposit, less any deduction for damage to the apartment or its contents, upon your return.
